We Specialise in Cottage style Weddings & Fetes - For Catered Events we also have the option of bring along our beautiful Italian Coffee Machine for those lovly Barrista Lattes & Flat Whites ( we use locally Roasted Beans that are divine).

and weekend House Parties - Where we deliver all your food for the event and collect our equipment at the end.

Please find below some sample Menus for events we have completed and remember nothing is set in stone - an event should be personal to your taste and with our Handmade Products this is what we try to achieve.


Sides of Salmon  – with a cucumber surround with Lemon & Dill dressing &  Chilli & Honey Butter. 

Beef  –   A Joint of Beef slowly cooked with Thyme & Mustard –Sliced and served with a surround of Mini Roast Potatoes & French Beans and served with a light  French Blown Horseradish Dressing.

Chicken – Slices of Chicken dressed in Lemon & Herbs served with a Lemon Mayonnaise.


Artisan Breads.   -  Farmhouse White, Wholemeal & Apricot and Pistachio – Sliced and provided with Welsh Butter.

(A Light Sponge with Hazelnuts Filled with Lemon Cream & Raspberry)

Triple Chocolate Mousse on a Cherry Coulis & Finished with an Amaretto Crumb

Normandy Apple Pie – pureed Apples encased in our own Homemade Pastry topped with Almond Sponge served with a Vanilla whipped Cream.

A Side bowl of Strawberries & Raspberries coated in vanilla to accompany the above dishes.

For all Catering Bookings a 25% deposit is taken at the time of booking - sealing your date in our diary and the remainder is due 7 days prior to your event.
